Yes, available on request for team and institutional customers. The BAA covers the limited account data we do hold (email, subscription status, optional team membership). Because patient images never leave your computer, the surface area of a BAA with SurgPathPic is intentionally narrow.

Self-serve plans (Individual, Small Group, and Large Group) include a 7-day free trial. You enter a card at signup but are not charged until day 8. Cancel any time before day 8 from your account and you will not be charged.
We email a reminder on day 5 so you can decide before the first charge lands.
Annual purchases are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the first charge. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled any time, which stops the next billing cycle; we do not pro-rate refunds for partially-used months.
Institutional agreements (11 or more logins) have refund terms defined in the signed contract.
Yes, from your account settings. Your work stays intact: case IDs, custom logos, banner templates, and any saved annotations carry over. Upgrades between Individual, Small Group, and Large Group are pro-rated against your current billing period.

Yes. Verified pathology residents and PA students get free access. Email contact@surgpathpic.com from your institutional email with proof of program enrollment.
Annotations and case metadata that lived on our servers (none of your patient images do) are deleted from the active database within 30 days of cancellation. Backups roll off within 90 days. You can request immediate deletion from your account settings.
